Director of Programmatic Demand Partnerships

Epiphany Ai is looking for a passionate and experienced programmatic demand

expert to develop and grow our global programmatic strategy with demand side

partners. Your team will manage our programmatic demand partners, such as DSPs,

advertising networks, RTB advertising exchanges and agency trading desks. You will

propose yield maximizing inventory supply strategies with significant revenue

responsibility. You’ll partner Epiphany Ai’s operations and sales support teams,

making sure that RTB campaigns are optimized, monitored and fed back to clients

correctly, giving them insight into how their campaigns are running and post-

campaign reporting/analysis that is easy to read and understand.

Ideally, you have a book of business and robust professional network that you can

leverage on day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Create, execute, and manage the programmatic demand strategy for each platform, and each buyer
  • Optimize and manage all Epiphany Ai programmatic platforms for maximum revenue generation.
  • Conduct periodic evaluation of demand strategies; identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.).
  • Periodic reporting and analysis of our programmatic efforts.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with the programmatic players in the market.
  • Serve as point-of- contact for all internal and external RTB-related inquiries
  • Train and develop teams on programmatic
  • Contribute to and help execute the Epiphany Ai platform roadmap
  • Contribute to published case studies, white papers and marketing material
  • Represent Epiphany Ai at conferences and trade shows

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Love start-up environments and the rush generated from the buzz of a fast-paced ad tech environment and the rewards early employees enjoy. 
  • Proven track record establishing, developing, executing and maximizing key monetization partnerships 
  • Domain-specific knowledge/experience in digital advertising, monetization, video and/or desktop & mobile advertising 
  • Concrete understanding of RTB and programmatic video advertising platforms
  • Well versed in programmatic video services including industry trends, major players by category and knowledge of the RTB-based advertising ecosystem and landscape 
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Self-starter, hard-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion 
  • Adaptable, team player and leader who gets things done 
  • Creative, open-minded, and persistent, with a tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly 

Requirements:

  • Absolute must: Solid, existing relationships in the ad tech ecosystem particularly with Ad networks, DSP/Programmatic buyers and Trading Desks and associated ad tech companies 
  • 5+ years working in online advertising (account management, sales, etc) 
  • 3+ years working with Programmatic buyers and ad networks
  • Proven history of making an impact and building strategic relationships 
  • Excellent leadership communications skills 
  • Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines with great attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency 
  •  Strong project management skills
  • MBA preferred

Demand Manager

Epiphany Ai is looking for a Demand Manager to join our team. This role is accountable for generating new business opportunities for Epiphany Ai’s demand facing business. Candidate will be working with a broad partner base, including but not limited to brands, agencies, trading desks, ad networks and demand side platforms involved in the digital video ecosystem.

The Demand Manager must be highly effective at navigating a growing global organization, positioning Epiphany Ai’s demand services in a way that creates mutual value for us and our prospective partners.

Hit the Ground Running:

  • Lead our initiatives to onboard quality DSP’s, Agencies, and Advertisers
  • Ability to achieve new business goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage, grow, and secure partner direct relationships with buyers across the video online and mobile ecosystem
  • To evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth
  • Establish and grow strategic relationships with brands, agencies, ad networks, trading desks and demand side platforms
  • Pursue growth in major international markets
  • Negotiate commercial terms that prove fruitful for client needs and Epiphany Ai’s business goals.
  • Provide insights to executive team to shape team policies and processes

Needed Qualifications:

  • Two to five of years of experience in the online digital space, with ad networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange advertising sales, programmatic sales preferred.
  • Aptitude to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are crucial.
  • A strong ability to present and effectively engage in detailed conversations with clients
  • Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures
  • Ability to balance assertiveness with collaboration while working within and across teams.
  • Proven organizational, time-management skills

Position Summary:
The Publisher Development position will be responsible for acquiring and growing publisher relationships across the video ecosystem for Epiphany Ai. Candidates must be able to show proven results and have experience working in digital advertising sales, preferably in the video advertising field.

Client Manager

Epiphany Ai is seeking an enthusiastic person to join the platform team in our Denver office as we experience major growth. The new Client Manager will be tasked with managing and developing existing publisher relationships. In this role you will assist the business development team, establishing the best course for yield optimization and help Epiphany Ai better align with the growth goals of our clients.

Hit the ground running:

  • Develop strong relationships with our publishers to understand their goals and financial targets to formulate monetization strategy via both direct and programmatic channels
  • Enhance the experience of Epiphany Ai publishers by providing outstanding client service and building a partnership with the client
  • Effectively communicate detailed learning’s/client feedback to the business development teams
