Demand Manager

Epiphany Ai is looking for a Demand Manager to join our team. This role is accountable for generating new business opportunities for Epiphany Ai’s demand facing business. Candidate will be working with a broad partner base, including but not limited to brands, agencies, trading desks, ad networks and demand side platforms involved in the digital video ecosystem.

The Demand Manager must be highly effective at navigating a growing global organization, positioning Epiphany Ai’s demand services in a way that creates mutual value for us and our prospective partners.

Hit the Ground Running:

  • Lead our initiatives to onboard quality DSP’s, Agencies, and Advertisers
  • Ability to achieve new business goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage, grow, and secure partner direct relationships with buyers across the video online and mobile ecosystem
  • To evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth
  • Establish and grow strategic relationships with brands, agencies, ad networks, trading desks and demand side platforms
  • Pursue growth in major international markets
  • Negotiate commercial terms that prove fruitful for client needs and Epiphany Ai’s business goals.
  • Provide insights to executive team to shape team policies and processes

Needed Qualifications:

  • Two to five of years of experience in the online digital space, with ad networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange advertising sales, programmatic sales preferred.
  • Aptitude to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are crucial.
  • A strong ability to present and effectively engage in detailed conversations with clients
  • Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures
  • Ability to balance assertiveness with collaboration while working within and across teams.
  • Proven organizational, time-management skills
